Leaded Bronze Ingots

Leaded Bronze are high-leaded tin bronze alloys with lead content ranging between 7 - 30 percent. This group of alloys is free cutting and retains good thermal conductivity and good lubricity due to the presence of lead. High-leaded tin bronzes are ideal for bearing applications where there could be a loss of the lubrication boundary. The addition of nickel in these alloys enhances the strength and ductility.
